1. Stored Balance Disclosures

Saving and Accessing Funds:
- The Entrepreneur App allows users to save a portion of their earnings or transactions within the app. These funds are stored securely and can be monitored through the app interface.
Limited Access to Stored Balances:
- While users can view the balance and its growth over time, direct access to withdraw these funds is regulated and subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in this agreement and in the app’s functionality.
Transparency and Monitoring:
- Entrepreneur App LLC is committed to maintaining transparency regarding your stored balance. Regular updates and statements will be provided through the app to ensure you have the latest information about your funds.

2. Services

Range of Services:
- Entrepreneur App provides a variety of services including, but not limited to, financial transaction processing, tax management, financial planning tools, and business analytics.
Service Fees and Charges:
- Specific fees associated with each service are outlined in Section 5, “Fees Structure.” These fees may include transaction fees, service-specific charges, and penalties for early withdrawal of funds, among others.
Tax Services:
- As part of our services, Entrepreneur App offers tax-related assistance. This includes the calculation, deduction, and management of taxes related to your transactions. Detailed provisions regarding tax services are available in Section 4, “Tax and Payout.”
User Options and Flexibility:
- Depending on the duration of your use of the Entrepreneur App, various options and services may become available to you, such as reduced fees for long-term users and complimentary tax filing services as detailed in subsequent sections.

3. Entrepreneur App Account

Account Creation and Management:
- To access and use the services offered by Entrepreneur App, you must create an account. During account registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information and keep this information up to date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Security and Confidentiality:
- The security of your account is paramount. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are responsible for restricting access to your computer and mobile devices to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Account Features and Functionalities:
- Your Entrepreneur App account provides various features including transaction management, financial reporting, and access to support services. The availability of these features may vary based on the service package selected or your usage history.
Account Restrictions:
- Entrepreneur App LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are in violation of these Terms of Service, involved in illegal activities, or are otherwise deemed harmful to the Entrepreneur App ecosystem.
Updating and Closing Your Account:
- You can update your account information or close your account at any time through the app settings. On closing your account, you must settle any outstanding balances or transactions as detailed in Section 11, “Termination of Service.”
Data Retention and Deletion:
- Upon account closure, Entrepreneur App LLC will retain your account data for a legally required period. After this period, your data will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable laws.

4. Tax and Payout

Tax Withdrawal Option: As an employee of Entrepreneur App LLC, you have the option to withdraw your accrued taxes prior to the annual distribution period. However, please be aware that such early withdrawals will incur a fee.
- Fee Structure for Early Tax Withdrawal:
  - The fee for withdrawing your taxes early ranges from 10% to 30% of the withdrawal amount. This fee is dependent on the time of year the withdrawal is made, as outlined below:
    - January to March: 30% fee
    - April to June: 25% fee
    - July to September: 20% fee
    - October to December: 10% fee
- This graduated fee structure is designed to encourage employees to retain their tax savings in the account until the designated distribution period. However, we understand that financial needs can vary, and this option is provided to offer flexibility in cases of necessity.
Tax Management: Taxes are calculated and collected as part of each transaction. The tax amounts are then sent to a separate account, which is managed by Entrepreneur App LLC. This ensures proper handling and compliance with tax regulations.
Annual Tax Distribution: We distribute clients’ taxes annually. Entrepreneur App LLC deducts a service fee of 2%-6% from the total taxes accumulated before sending the remaining amount in full.
Daily Payouts: Daily payouts are processed with the net amount (excluding tax) sent to your bank account. The tax portion is transferred to the separate tax management account.
Complimentary Tax Filing Service for Frequent Users:
- Entrepreneur App LLC offers a tax filing service to our users, with the cost gradually decreasing based on the length of time the user has been active on our platform. This service aims to simplify the tax filing process for our users.
- Reduced Cost for Tax Filing Service Based on Usage Duration:
  - The fee for our tax filing service decreases as follows, based on your duration of usage of the Entrepreneur App:
    - 3-6 Months of Usage: 25% reduction in tax filing service fee.
    - 6-9 Months of Usage: 50% reduction in tax filing service fee.
    - 9-12 Months of Usage: 75% reduction in tax filing service fee.
    - 12+ Months of Usage: 100% reduction (complimentary service).
  - This tiered approach rewards our frequent users by making tax filing more affordable and is a token of our appreciation for their continued patronage.
- Eligibility and Conditions:
  - Eligibility for this service is contingent on continuous and active usage of the Entrepreneur App and adherence to our terms and conditions. The offer is subject to change, and additional terms may apply at the time of service.

5. Fees Structure

This section outlines the various fees associated with the use of the Entrepreneur App services. Our goal is to maintain transparency and ensure that all users are fully aware of any charges incurred when using our platform.

Account Setup: $0
- There is no charge for setting up an account with Entrepreneur App. This allows users to get started with our services without any upfront costs.
Monthly Fee: $0
- We do not charge a monthly fee for the standard use of our services. This ensures that our basic services are accessible to a wide range of users.
Monthly Premium Usage: $29.99
- For users who opt for premium features, there is a monthly fee of $29.99. These premium features may include advanced financial tools, enhanced customer support, and other value-added services.
Paper Money Deposit: $1
- A fee of $1 is charged for each paper money deposit. This fee covers the processing and handling of physical currency deposits at participating retailers.
Instant Deposit Fee: 1%
- An expedited transfer from your Entrepreneur App account to a linked bank account incurs a fee of 1% of the transfer amount. This fee is for users who prefer immediate access to their funds, with transfers typically available within minutes.
Client Transaction Fee: 2.7% - 6.0%
- For transactions processed through the app, a fee ranging from 2.7% to 6.0% is charged. This fee varies based on the nature of the transaction and is used to cover processing costs.
Stripe Fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
- Transactions processed using Stripe are subject to a fee of 2.9% of the transaction amount plus an additional $0.30 per transaction. This fee is levied by Stripe and is standard for their payment processing services.

6. Legal Compliance and Dispute Resolution

Compliance with Laws:
- Entrepreneur App LLC operates in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. As a user or employee, you are also expected to comply with all relevant laws and regulations in your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to financial, privacy, and employment laws.
Dispute Resolution:
- Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim against Entrepreneur App LLC, we encourage users to contact us directly to seek an informal resolution. This approach often leads to a faster and less adversarial resolution.
- Arbitration Agreement: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, such dispute shall be determined by arbitration in [the State where Entrepreneur App LLC is headquartered], unless agreed otherwise. Offboarding Responsibilities:
- Upon deciding to leave the company or cease using the Entrepreneur App, it is your responsibility as an employee or user to ensure that all financial matters are settled and in order with Entrepreneur App LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that all pending transactions are completed, any owed fees are paid, and necessary tax information is updated.
Account Deletion and Post-Termination Liability:
- Once you initiate the deletion of your account, or upon the termination of your employment, your access to the Service will be revoked. Following the deletion of your account, Entrepreneur App LLC assumes no responsibility for any financial or other obligations or liabilities that may remain. It is essential that you address all such matters prior to the deletion of your account.
Termination by Entrepreneur App LLC:
- Entrepreneur App LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, in the event of a breach of these Terms or for any other reasonable cause.
Effects of Termination:
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. However, any provisions of these Terms that, either by their nature or as explicitly stated, should survive termination, will continue in effect post-termination. No Warranties:

Entrepreneur App LLC expressly disclaims any warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Service Availability:
- While we strive to keep the Service up and running, Entrepreneur App LLC is not responsible for any disruption, interruption, or delay caused by any failure of or inadequacy in any of these technologies or infrastructure, or by any other event beyond our reasonable control.

15. Indemnification

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entrepreneur App LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, actions, judgments, costs, and expenses brought by third parties arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another party.
